Resting Rainbows Blanket Crochet Pattern - Muted

I love the idea that when a rainbow has faded, it curls itself up to recharge it's colours! This is the second colourway for this blanket, and is a lovely muted palette of dusky pastels.

The blanket is made with four colour spirals, squared off with a fifth colour, joined together then edged with a simple, bright treble stitch border.

This 32 page pattern gives detailed instructions, including photos, to make the blanket in a single bed size. It explains how to create the spirals, square them off, and how to join the squares. It shows you how to complete the border, and includes both lists of colours used and colour maps for both the Vivid and Muted colouways!

The pattern requires 15 balls of Yarnsmiths Create DK, available from Wool Warehouse. This is my go to yarn as it's soft and squishy and so easy to work with. It comes in such a lovely array of 200 gorgeous colours, in 100g balls, is 100% acrylic and has a very good price point. Yarnsmiths also have the same full range of colors in their Merino yarn, so can easily be substituted for a touch of luxury.
